The DV Academy operates a stringent assessment and selection processes for all trainers to ensure that we only select professionals who are both specialists in their chosen field and have extensive experience. The DV Academy offers a number of individual sessions and can offer the training in three formats, allowing us to tailor the sessions to your exact requirements.

Sessions range from Basic User Sessions to Advanced Technical Sessions on TMS or any of the TANDBERG or Polycom range of Codecs, Train the Trainer sessions can be tailored to your need and we can also teach you a little about best practice in a videoconference. The sessions can also be planned into your induction process!

Our DV Academy has been running since May 2004 and has staff dedicated to creating the best possible training solution for your needs, meaning you’ll never be disappointed.

DV Academy: On-Site

With DV Academy On-Site, an Academy instructor can deliver many of the DV Academy training programmes at the customers own site. Additionally, training can be tailored or written from scratch to address more specific training requirements.

The Academy On-Site package is ideal for organisations that require the least amount of business disruption, whilst delivering training across a larger number of staff. Academy On-Site sessions may be held for up to 10 participants.

DV Academy: Remote

Many training courses available from Direct Visual may also be delivered remotely via videoconference. This delivery method brings several key advantages, including:
