Network readiness assessments provide organisations with a comprehensive and detailed report of its networks capability for the carriage of RTP based IP communications, such as IP Telephony, Videoconferencing and Video Streaming. The NRA report illustrates those areas of a network that are not sufficient for the carriage of RTP communications, and makes recommendations to enable these areas.

The NRA takes account of:

                                 Security boundaries and protocol support
                                 Power requirements
                                 QoS Policies in the LAN and WAN
