Technology Partners Launch New Global Conference Service
Direct Visual has launched a new broadcasting service following the success of a number of high-profile global projects.
In one pioneering partnership, with the World Health Organisation, Direct Visual provided an industry first blend of videoconferencing, satellite, internet, telephone and radio links to enable health ministers, other leading representatives from the healthcare sector and members of the public to ask candidates in the election for WHO Director General how they would address the most critical issues in global health today.
The company’s head office was the nerve centre of the unique debate which connected the candidates with audiences in locations as remote as India, South Africa, Ethiopia and the USA.
Now Direct Visual has announced a new partnership with a leading broadcast service provider which will provide organisations with the videoconferencing, audio visual, satellite and television technology to manage large-scale broadcasts between multiple remote locations across the globe.
Direct Visual Chairman Mike Phillips comments: “We are delighted with the success we have enjoyed to date with individual broadcast projects. This exciting new partnership will allow us to greatly enhance our product offering and we look forward to offering companies around the world outstanding service and support in project managing their individual conference requirements.” |
