DIRECT VISUAL ACHIEVES MICROSOFT CERTIFIED PARTNER STATUS
Leading video communications specialist, Direct Visual, has been awarded Microsoft Certified Partner status for Infrastructure Solutions, adding further to their expertise within their marketplace.
Already a Cisco Select Partner, Direct Visual has added Microsoft Accreditation to its catalogue of qualifications owing to an increasing number of videoconferencing applications now being integrated with Microsoft software.
TANDBERG and Microsoft’s unified communications server solution in particular has prompted Direct Visual to develop its own skill sets, investing in staff development to ensure that their customers can continue to receive the same high quality service and support they have received for over a decade.
Direct Visual sees developing their support knowledge base as paramount to future business growth. Technical Manager Glen Sykes commented; “The team here are constantly trying to improve the service that they provide, and qualifications like this only act to further our reputation in the industry and with the major players in our industry.”
He concluded; “It is testament to the commitment and dedication we have to our industry, customers and partners that we are constantly trying to improve ourselves and our service offerings. Plus, it is yet another differentiator from the rest of the industry.”
