Visual the UK’s leading independent supplier of
visual communications has been chosen by Ex’ovision
to supply its revolutionary videoconferencing product
the ‘Eye Catcher’.
The Batley, West Yorkshire based company has become
just one of nine UK organisations registered to supply
the innovative Eye Catcher product.
The Eye Catcher is the first video communications technology
that adds the crucial element of full eye contact. The
clear life size image of the face of the person you
are talking to actually seems to be in the room, looking
you in the eye. The simple but profound difference between
the Eye Catcher and some other video communication technologies
is that it can provide the user with a unique feeling
of virtual presence resulting in the most effective
communication.
A Direct Visual Spokesperson comments “We are delighted to have been
chosen by Ex’ovision to be part of its partner
project. This clearly shows that Direct Visual is regarded
within the marketplace as a recognised brand with high
reputability and credibility. This partnership will
also allow us to broaden our already exemplary product
offering.”
Direct Visual already enjoys ‘Platinum Partner’
status with TANDBERG, ‘Authorised Partner’
status with Polycom, ‘Registered Partner’
status with Cisco and ‘Authorised Partner’
status with Radvision.
Ex’ovision is based in Austerlitz, in the Netherlands.
There the Ex’ovision team works together to develop
and produce video telephony systems and services. Ex’ovision
has extensive in-house expertise in the fields of video
technology, broadband and human communications, and
the company is also a key player in an international
knowledge network. A core team works closely with a
group of partner companies. The Eye Catcher, the company’s
first product, has brought together people with backgrounds
in research, product development, industry and marketing.
